ABOUT Me

There is one thing that characterizes my life, and this is sports. Growing up I have always been playing a sport, ranging from gymnastics to soccer and lacrosse. When I am not actively participating in a sport, I can be found watching one. I'll either be watching a game on TV or going to various high schools to watch their teams play. Having such a significant impact on my life, when I first began journalism, I immediately knew I wanted to cover something sports related. As I became more and more familiar with the journalism program, I grew an admiration for photojournalism. I have always loved capturing the moment through photos, whether it was me hanging out with friends or watching the sunset, I always made sure to get a photo. Sports journalism and photography became the perfect way to capture both my admiration for photography and my love for sports.
